  • Web Page Design class adds massive link of "21st Century Learning Center Grant' to website.
  • Judy Cross, Sara Smith, Trey Daugherty, and Stephanie Anderson presented the 'new' web site at the MCS Board meeting.

  • Web Page Design class makes comprehensive updates to the web site.
March 2004
  • Web Page Design student Derek Hawn makes minor updates to the web site.
August 2002
  • As the new school begins, Web Page Design student Andy Melton and instructor Judy Cross work to update the web site.
May 1, 2002
  • Students submit a newspaper article to the Morgan County News (local weekly newspaper) telling the community about the new web site.
April 5, 2002
  • Web page design class continues to update various pages on the site.
March 25, 2002
  • MCS web site is officially presented to the MCS Board at the monthly workshop by Judy Cross, Bradley Moore, and Brian Lester.
March 14, 2002
  • Web page design class visited the Central Office to interview the supervisors and support staff and take photographs.
March 2002
  • Web page design students use storyboards to create category submenus and category pages.
  • As the requested information is received from the school principals and central office personnel, class members continue to format and enter the data.
  • The class has several "working lunches" while working to meet the April deadline.
February 25, 2002
  • Class member James Griffith and instructor Judy Cross present initial design of MCS web site to the MCS Board at the monthly workshop.
February 2002
  • Web page design class approves the page design and sets up the file structure for the site.
  • Templates and page banners are created for each main category.
  • Class members decide upon their specific category responsiblities and receive instruction in the use of templates, libraries, style sheets, frames, and .pdf files.
January 2002
  • Web page design class begins gathering design information and preparing the site storyboard.
  • Memos are sent to all MCS principals requesting information.
  • Information sheets are sent to all MCS Central Office supervisors and staff requesting information.
Fall 2001
  • Multimedia student Andy Melton begins work on re-designing the MCS site.
Spring 2001
  • Web page design class is asked to expand the MCS site to make it more comprehensive.
Fall 2000
  • Web page design student Megan Hensley designs and creates the first Morgan County Schools web site.
