We, the staff of Central Elementary, work as a team with parents and the community to identify and meet the needs of our students. Our mission requires that we provide developmentally sound methods of instruction in order to educate the whole child.

We believe the faculty and staff of WCES should work as a team with parents and the community to identiry and meet the needs of our students. Both school and community recognize and respect the dignity and uniqueness of each student. We believe in order to create a positive climate, each classroom will strive to be creative, innovative, and motivational for learning. Students are encouraged to think critically, reach their potential, and learn to be productive members in society. We believe our school shall have a clear purpose and direction with clear goals and objectives in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
